Verdict up front: this app tells you how many coins you need before you start. One reviewer collected exactly that many, opened the withdrawal screen, and found the numbers had roughly tripled. The target had moved while she was walking toward it.
Scratch And Win — 2025 is published by hs series. On the day we checked it showed 4.6 stars from 47,000 reviews and 1,000,000+ downloads, with ads. On those numbers it is one of the largest apps of its kind on the Play Store.
What it promises
There is no simulation disclaimer anywhere in the listing. The description opens by telling you exactly what it is:

Three tiers, each with its own coin requirement. Those requirements are the whole product, because they are the only thing standing between you and the cash.
The numbers that changed

A user’s account of the withdrawal screen
“In the starting it was mentioned that for withdrawing silver, gold and platinum coins u need minimum 2999, 3999 and 4999 coins respectively. When I collected that much and tried to withdraw it started mentioning u need 9999, 10999, 11999 coins to withdraw… disgusting.”
Read those two sets of numbers next to each other. 2,999 becomes 9,999. 3,999 becomes 10,999. 4,999 becomes 11,999.
This is not a price rise. A price rise applies to people who have not started yet. This applied to someone who had already done the work, on the terms she was shown, and was standing at the finish line when the line was redrawn.
And note what it costs the operator: nothing. Every coin she collected was collected by watching adverts. The adverts were already paid for. Moving the threshold simply buys another few thousand coins’ worth of viewing from someone who has already proved she will keep going.
The second reviewer, and the reply

“When I reach 2,000 for the platinum, app shows force adds, more force adds than scratch points, and some scratches gives no more number of points but zero… when you get pay outs they’re like the other scam game ignoring and never paid you.”
Scratch cards that return zero, and adverts arriving faster than points, are the same mechanic as the moving threshold seen from the other side: the closer you get, the slower you move.
The developer replied the next day, in full:
“Hi Rogie you can trust us, we are ligit app. we have happy customers base.”
No figures, no explanation of the thresholds, no offer to look at his account.
Why the rating is 4.6
The most helpful review on the entire listing — 295 people — is from Kimmi Watson in January 2023, and it is positive. Her words: “There are no extras to this game like jumping through hoops to get a Payout.”
She had just started playing. That is the point. Someone at the beginning sees a generous app; the hoops only exist near the threshold, and only the people who get that far ever see them. A high average rating on an app like this measures how many people quit early, not how many got paid.

What to check before you start collecting
- Screenshot the threshold on day one. It is the only proof you will have that it changed.
- Sort reviews by lowest rating and search for the word “withdraw”. Thirty seconds, and it would have answered this before a single coin was earned.
- Ignore the top review. The most-voted review is usually the most enthusiastic one, written earliest — before the payout screen is ever reached.
- Earnings that slow as you approach the target are the target moving. Whether the number changes or the coins stop arriving, the effect is identical.
If a threshold has moved on you
Do not keep collecting toward the new figure — nothing stops it moving again. Screenshot the withdrawal screen now, and the original terms if you still have them. Report the app to Google Play through “Flag as inappropriate” on the listing. If you paid real money at any point, request a refund through Google Play directly rather than through the app, and report it at IC3.gov — reporting is free, and no legitimate service asks you to pay before releasing money that is already yours.
