Verdict up front: Trade Smart Academy (tradewithtsa.com) promises “daily gold trading signals with an 87% win rate”, free, through a Telegram channel. The UK Financial Conduct Authority warned about it on 19 December 2025. The domain was registered on 10 March 2025.
| Website | tradewithtsa.com |
|---|---|
| Product | Gold (XAU) trading signals via Telegram |
| Claim | “87% win rate”; “10,000+ traders, 60+ countries” |
| Price | “100% free” — with a VIP group behind it |
| Warning | FCA (UK), 19 December 2025 |
| Domain registered | 10 March 2025 — about 19 months old |
Free signals, paid VIP
The headline says “100% free”. The small print says the published statistics “are calculated from the last 6 months of trading in the TSA VIP group with a 3% risk on each trade”. The free channel is the shop window; the VIP group, and usually a recommended broker, is where the money is made.

A calculator that sells the dream
Visitors can “calculate your potential earnings as a member of my group over the past 1–6 months with a self-chosen starting deposit”. Back-filled earnings calculators show what you would have made if every signal were followed perfectly. They never show slippage, missed entries, or the months that were left out.
One trader, many followers
The group is “led by Ross, a professional full-time trader with 10+ years”. No surname, firm, licence or audited history is given. Signal groups built around a first-name personality are a common route into broker-referral schemes.
What the FCA warning means
The FCA says this firm may be providing financial services or products in the UK without its permission. Giving personalised trading signals to UK residents is a regulated activity.
⚠ Verified evidence
- FCA warning about tradewithtsa.com, 19 December 2025.
- “87% win rate” on gold signals.
- Stats come from a paid VIP group, not the free channel.
- Leader named only as “Ross”.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid Trade Smart Academy
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Trade Smart Academy offers free signals as a doorway to a VIP group, and the FCA says it is not authorised. Do not follow it into a broker account.
