Verdict up front: Bid n Ask Ltd (bid-n-ask.com) was placed on the Ontario Securities Commission’s warning list on 20 July 2026. Today the old address forwards to bidnaskhub.com, which presents the same brand as a “Financial Education and Market Preparation” community.

Same name, new address
After the OSC named Bid n Ask, bid-n-ask.com began sending visitors to bidnaskhub.com. The branding is the same. Moving to a fresh domain after a regulator warning makes the alert harder to find in search, while the business carries on.

From trading to ‘education’
The new site sells an Academy, a “Trading Floor”, events and a community, and asks visitors to “Book a Call”. Education is not regulated in the same way as investment advice, which makes it a common landing spot for firms that have drawn regulatory attention. The call is where any product is sold.
What the OSC warning covers
The Ontario Securities Commission lists companies that may be engaging in investment activity in Ontario without being registered. The warning names Bid n Ask Ltd and its website. A new domain does not register the business.
Questions to ask on the call
If you speak to them, ask for the company’s registration number and the regulator that issued it, and check it yourself on that regulator’s site. Do not deposit with any broker they introduce until you have done so.
⚠ Verified evidence
- OSC warning naming Bid n Ask Ltd and bid-n-ask.com, 20 July 2026.
- Old domain now forwards to bidnaskhub.com.
- Rebranded as education with a “Trading Floor”.
- “Book a Call” sales funnel.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid Bid n Ask
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Bid n Ask changed its address and its pitch after an OSC warning; it did not show a registration. Check before you book that call.
