Safe with whom?

The site promises “Segregated Client Funds – Your money are safe with us”. Segregation is a rule that regulators enforce and audit. Without a regulator, it is a sentence anyone can type — and here it is not even typed correctly.

An old domain, a new broker

The xellion.com address was first registered in 2003. That does not mean the broker is that old. Domains change hands often, and the site itself shows no company history, licence or registered address.

Fast withdrawals, again

“Easy Deposits, Fast Withdrawals” is the headline under the banner. Every unlicensed broker says this. The test is what happens when a client asks for a large withdrawal — and there is no regulator here to complain to.

A web terminal only

Trading runs through a “WebTerminal” controlled by the operator. On an unlicensed platform, the prices and balances it shows cannot be checked independently.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • Listed on the BrokersView (FastBull) scam broker list.
  • Promises “Your money are safe with us” with no regulator.
  • No company or address on the homepage.
  • Domain registered 6 September 2003.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.

What to do if you paid Xellion

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: Xellion promises safety it cannot back with a licence. Do not deposit.
