Verdict up front: Gorilla Chain sells “Swiss-developed” high-frequency trading and arbitrage with “constant profits” and “no slippage”. Neither is possible to guarantee, and Switzerland’s regulator FINMA has placed the site on its warning list.

What the site promises
Gorilla Chain’s German-language homepage opens with “Smartes Arbitrage & Hochfrequenz-Swaps — Schweizer Präzision”. Read down the page and the claims harden:
- “Konstante Gewinne” — constant profits;
- “Kein Slippage” — no slippage, ever;
- “sichere Gewinne” — safe profits — from HFT swaps;
- “risikominderte Renditen” and “stetiges Wachstum” — risk-reduced returns and steady growth.
Real markets do not offer constant profits. Slippage is a normal feature of trading, and any firm that tells you it has been abolished is either not trading or not telling you the truth.
Big numbers, no name behind them
The homepage counters claim 79,886 active wallets, CHF 204 million+ in monthly trading volume and 500 million+ transactions. It gives execution time as “under 0.2 s” in one panel and “under 0.1 s” in another. The homepage we read names no company, no licence and no regulator — only an invitation to “open a wallet”.

A self-custody wallet with a personal agent
Gorilla Chain says users keep “full control” through a self-custody wallet. In the same breath it promises a dedicated personal agent, 24/7 and multilingual. That combination is the tell. Genuine self-custody needs no agent. Recovery-room and pig-butchering schemes, on the other hand, always need someone on the phone to guide deposits and, later, to explain why withdrawals need one more fee.
How to check a Swiss investment site in two minutes
Search the name on FINMA’s own warning list at finma.ch, then search it in FINMA’s register of authorised institutions. A firm that says it is supervised by FINMA will be in the second list, not the first. Then look up when the website’s domain was registered and compare that with any history the site claims. Finally, never let a “specialist” or “personal manager” call you and walk you through a deposit.
Our view: Gorilla Chain promises profits that cannot be promised, hides who runs it, and is on FINMA’s warning list. Keep your funds away from it.
