  • Riche Patrimesse — “Always Compliant”, Says the Flagged Site
Riche Patrimesse — flagged by Cyanosoft

Verdict up front: Riche Patrimesse promises Belgian traders that “all accounts comply with the regulations of Belgium”. Belgium’s regulator, the FSMA, disagrees: it lists Riche Patrimesse among fraudulent online trading platforms.

“Toujours conforme”

The French-language homepage sells automated crypto trading “for traders in Belgium” under three headings: smart automation, “profitable for everyone”, and “always compliant”. Under the last, it says traders can be reassured that all accounts comply with Belgian regulations and data-security standards.

The only Belgian body whose view counts on that question is the FSMA. On 30 June 2026 it published Riche Patrimesse — along with the related domains richepatrimesse-ai.com and richepatrimesse-be.com — in its list of fraudulent trading platforms.

Three domains for one name

Running the same brand across several domains is common with these operations: when one address is blocked or reported, traffic moves to the next. “Limited access — sign up now” sits above the form.

How to check a trading platform in two minutes

Search the name on the FSMA’s own warning pages at fsma.be, and on the register of your own country’s regulator. A firm allowed to offer investments in Belgium will be in the FSMA’s register of authorised firms, not on its warning list. Look up when the website’s domain was registered. And treat any promise of a phone call from an “expert” after sign-up as the start of the sales pitch, not customer service.

Our view: Riche Patrimesse claims Belgian compliance while sitting on the Belgian regulator’s fraud list. Do not register.
