The second menu item is the product. Account tiers — bronze, silver, gold, or whatever this one calls them — are the standard structure: pay more, unlock better terms, a dedicated manager, higher “limits”. A regulated broker differentiates accounts by spread and commission, published openly. A tiered ladder that requires a larger deposit to climb is a mechanism for escalating deposits, not for trading.

How to check a French investment site in two minutes
Search the name on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org, then in the register of authorised firms at regafi.fr. Then look for a company number on the site. If a platform asking for your money will not tell you which legal entity receives it, that is the whole answer.
