An Italy-only platform with an American phone box
The home page is unambiguous about its audience: “la procedura è limitata ai residenti verificati in Italia” — the process is limited to verified residents in Italy. The country selector is set to IT and every word on the page is Italian.
The registration form asks for Telefono. The country flag beside it is the United States, the dialling code is +1, and the placeholder reads 201-555-0123. That is not a real number and could never be one: 555-01xx is the block reserved in North America for fiction, the number used in films so that nobody’s phone actually rings.
Why that single detail matters
A genuine Italian platform builds its form for Italian numbers, with a +39 prefix. This form was built somewhere else, for somebody else, and the Italian wrapper was applied afterwards.
It is the kind of mistake that only appears when a template is being reskinned at speed. Nobody who intended to telephone Italian customers would leave an American fictional number sitting in the field where the customer is about to type.

The same form appears under other names
Cyanosoft found the identical page under at least two further brands: Corona Fondenza and Fior Valorenza. Same layout, same Italian copy describing an AI trading platform with automated strategies and real-time analysis, same registration panel, same Visa and Mastercard logos, and the same 201-555-0123 placeholder.
Corona Fondenza’s domain was registered two days after this one. CONSOB blacked out all three. One build, several names: when a regulator blocks one shopfront, the traffic moves to the next.
What to check before entering your details on any platform
Look at the telephone field before you look at anything else. If the country code does not match the country the site claims to serve, the site was not built for you.
Then search the domain on CONSOB’s own list of blacked-out sites at consob.it, and check the domain’s registration date against any track record the page claims. A platform three months old is not an established business, whatever its home page says.
Our view: Cervo Rendisco is a three-month-old reskin of a template that was not built for Italy, advertising an AI trading platform to Italian residents through a form carrying a fictional American phone number. CONSOB has blocked it. Do not register and do not give it your telephone number.
