The tab title and the page disagree
The visible page is a trading site: IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE WORLD OF TRADING WITH THE WHITE ARROW PLATFORM, a START TRADING button, and a menu of Currencies, Metals, Stocks, Options, Futures, Cryptocurrencies and Bonds.
The title element — the text the browser shows in the tab and search engines show in results — reads “CNNSLOT – Platform Resmi Rezeki Gampang Pecah”. That is Indonesian, and it advertises an online slots platform. The domain is carrying two identities at once: one for the visitor, one for search engines.
Word for word, another site
Cyanosoft compared White Arrow with Walton Market, also on CONSOB’s blocked list. The sentences match exactly: “A few clicks, and you earn money on the financial markets with us” and “Our servers process orders in a matter of milliseconds, eliminating the possibility of price changes.”
That second sentence is worth pausing on. No broker can eliminate the possibility of price changes; markets move, and execution carries slippage. It is a promise no regulated firm would print, and it is printed identically on two different brands.

The menu includes a page headed Accreditations and Licenses. The site names no company, no registration number, no jurisdiction and no supervising authority anywhere on its front page.
A link labelled licences, on a site that names no licence, is the same device as a scam-warning page on an unlicensed platform: it exists so the word appears, not so the claim can be checked. CONSOB ordered the domain blacked out on 24 July 2026.
Our view: White Arrow runs a duplicated trading template under a domain whose own title advertises an Indonesian slots brand, promises execution no broker can deliver, and points to licences it never names. CONSOB has blocked it. Do not deposit.
