USDT Mining App by Applicant Solution – A Warning

USDT Mining Crypto Miner by Applicant Solution listing flagged by Cyanosoft

Verdict up front: This app says you can mine USDT. You cannot. Nobody can. USDT is not a mined currency, and there is no technical process by which any app, any phone or any data centre mines it. The app’s central claim is not exaggerated or optimistic. It is false, and that is the finding.

Package name: com.usdt.mining.app · Listed developer: Applicant Solution · Installs: 500 plus · Store rating: None recorded · Listing claim: Mine USDT directly from your phone

USDT cannot be mined, and here is why

Mining is what secures a proof of work blockchain. Machines compete to solve a computational puzzle, the winner adds the next block, and the network pays that winner in newly created coin. That payment is the block reward, and it is the only thing mining produces. Bitcoin works this way. So does Litecoin.

USDT is not built like that. It is a stablecoin issued by a company, Tether, and every unit exists because Tether created it against reserves it says it holds. New USDT enters circulation when Tether mints it, usually when an institutional client deposits dollars. It leaves circulation when Tether burns it on redemption.

There is no puzzle, no competition, no hashrate and no block reward. USDT does not even have a chain of its own. It is a token issued on top of other networks such as Ethereum and Tron, and those networks pay their validators in their own currency, never in USDT. So there is nothing to mine, no reward to win, and no mechanism to participate in. An app offering USDT mining is not describing a service that works badly. It is describing a process that does not exist.

What that means about the app

This distinction matters because it changes what kind of judgement you are making. With most suspect apps you are weighing probabilities, looking at a thin corporate record or an implausible return and deciding how much risk you will accept.

Here there is nothing to weigh. The listing does not hedge. It states that the app provides a simple way to mine USDT and that it allows you to mine the USDT cryptocurrency directly from your phone, without the need for expensive mining hardware. Both halves of that are impossible, since USDT has no mining mechanism and a phone could not perform one if it did. Whatever the app does, it is not mining USDT. So either the operator does not understand the asset they built a product around, or they understand it perfectly and the description is deliberate.

Neither option survives contact with a deposit. The developer is listed as Applicant Solution, for which we found no company registration, no address and no named individuals. The listing records no rating, so there is no payout history to examine. There is no identifiable operator, no track record, and no possible mining.

⚠ Verified evidence — checked 25 September 2026

  • USDT is issued against reserves and has no mining mechanism at all
  • USDT is a token on other chains, which never pay validators in USDT
  • No company registration traced for Applicant Solution
  • No store rating and no reported withdrawal history
  • No hashrate or pool account published, because none can exist

Where the money goes instead

This app describes itself as completely free, and in a narrow sense that is true. It earns through adverts and in-app purchases rather than an up front deposit. The store graphics show the mechanism, offering a choice between watching an advert for thirty gems and buying gems outright for an instant boost, with gem bundles sold in packs. So the shape is the familiar one with the entry price broken into small pieces. A balance rises on a schedule, faster if you pay, and withdrawal is deferred. The rising balance is a number in a database and costs nothing to display, which is why it can be as generous as needed.

Payouts, when they happen, come from later deposits, and some small early ones usually do complete because they generate the reviews and referrals that bring the next group in. The structure needs continuous new money, so it makes withdrawal conditional. A threshold above your balance. A verification fee. A network fee. An upgrade. A referral quota.

Every one of those asks you to pay in order to be paid. Whatever wording is used, that request marks the end of the process rather than a step in it.

How to spot the same claim elsewhere

The useful thing to take from this app is a test you can apply anywhere. Ask whether the asset on offer is actually mined. Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero and Dogecoin are mined. Ethereum is not, and has not been since it moved to proof of stake in 2022. USDT, USDC and every other issued stablecoin are not mined and never were.

So any app promising to mine USDT, USDC or Ethereum is misdescribing itself before you have looked at a single return figure. That single check disposes of a large share of the mining apps in the store.

For the assets that genuinely are mined, the follow up question is the hashrate. A real contract names the hashrate you rent, the pool it mines into and the maintenance fee. An app that answers with a daily profit figure instead has told you that no mining sits behind it.

Our view: This app sells a process that is technically impossible. USDT cannot be mined by anyone, so no amount of hardware or good faith would make the service real. Do not deposit, and treat the phrase USDT mining as a reliable warning sign wherever you next see it.
