Crypto-Börse Scam — 87% a Year on a Two-Month-Old Site

Verdict up front: Crypto-Börse (crypto-boerse.com) tells investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that its AI strategy returns 87% a year and has been “profitable since 2016”. Its domain was registered on 6 July 2026. Switzerland’s regulator FINMA put it on its warning list on 24 September 2026. Do not deposit.

Three numbers that cannot all be true

The same homepage gives three different sizes for the business. One panel says “€4.2 billion managed volume”. Another says “€2.44 billion private investment volume”. A live counter labelled “Managed assets · LIVE” reads €7,315,746,669 and ticks upward while you watch. It also claims “150,000+ active customers”, “12+ years of market experience” and “over a decade” of service — on a domain that did not exist before July.

87% a year, 94% win rate, withdrawals in 24 hours

A comparison chart puts savings accounts at +2%, the DAX at +12%, property at +8% and Crypto-Börse at +87% average annual return “for DACH investors”. It adds a “94% win rate for the AI strategy” and “payout of your profits in under 24 hours”. The three-step pitch ends with “earn a return from the very first day”. The only caution is a footnote saying past performance is no guarantee.

A regulatory claim FINMA contradicts

The site describes itself as “Crypto-Börse VV FlexCo, registered in Vienna, regulated under EU standards and the MiCA regulation as a CASP”, and uses badges reading “EU-regulated” and “licensed partners”. It gives no licence number and no national regulator. FINMA’s entry for Crypto-Börse / crypto-boerse.com, at “Zürich / Leuk”, says the site is not entered in the commercial register and is not related to Crypto Strategy GmbH, Leuk, a real company registered in Switzerland under CHE-382.433.944. In other words, a genuine Swiss firm’s location has been attached to this website without that firm having anything to do with it.

Premium cards and a pension product

The site also sells “Prestige”, “Elite”, “Diamond Club” and “Sovereign Circle” crypto cards with “up to 3.5% crypto cashback”, and a “crypto pension” from €100 a month described as “tax-optimised” for all three countries. Every card image shows the same number ending 4823. Deposits are accepted by SEPA, card, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller. Each product is another route for money to go in.

How these schemes usually run

A German-language site with a personal “wealth adviser” for every client is built for phone selling. The €250 first deposit is followed by calls encouraging larger top-ups while a dashboard shows growing profits. When a withdrawal is requested, fees, “taxes” or verification delays appear. Stop at the first deposit.

The verdict: Crypto-Börse claims a decade of profits on a two-month-old domain, promises 87% a year, contradicts itself on assets, and is on FINMA’s warning list. Do not deposit, and do not pay any fee to withdraw.
