Verdict up front: NeoSwissTrade (neoswiss-trade.com) sells CFD trading on forex, indices, commodities, stocks and crypto under a badge reading “Swiss Regulated”. Switzerland’s regulator, FINMA, put it on its warning list on 30 June 2026 — six weeks after the domain was registered. It is still live. Do not deposit.

“Swiss Regulated” four times over
The badge row under each slide of the homepage carousel reads “Swiss Regulated — Secure & Reliable”. The about section promises “Swiss regulatory compliance” and the sign-up block adds “Secure & Regulated”. Nowhere does the site name a regulator, a licence number or a registered company. Brokers that FINMA actually supervises can be found on its list of authorised institutions; NeoSwissTrade is on the other list.
Six weeks from domain to warning
RDAP records show neoswiss-trade.com was registered on 15 May 2026. FINMA had it on the warning list by 30 June 2026, recorded as not entered in the commercial register, at an address in Prime Tower, one of Zurich’s best-known office buildings. Using a landmark address is common: it makes a two-month-old website sound like an established firm.

What is on offer
The site advertises “1000+ CFD instruments”, 60+ currency pairs, “1000+ global stocks”, ETFs and crypto, on web, desktop “terminal” and mobile platforms, with “Instant Withdrawals” and “24/7 support” — while the badge row says support is “Dedicated 24/5”. It invites you to register, fund and “start trading” in three steps. CFDs are leveraged products; offered by an unsupervised firm, there is no one checking prices, executions or where client money is held.

Before you trade with any “Swiss” broker
Check finma.ch: the list of authorised banks and securities firms, and the warning list. A real Swiss securities firm will appear on the first and will show its registered company name and number on its website. If the only place the name appears is the warning list, stop.
The verdict: NeoSwissTrade calls itself Swiss-regulated, names no licence, and has been on FINMA’s warning list since 30 June 2026. Do not deposit, and do not pay any fee to withdraw.
