A licence from an island registry
The footer says Capital Crest Ltd holds “an International Brokerage and Clearing House license by the Mwali International Services Authority”. Mwali licences are sold online in days and give clients no compensation scheme and no meaningful oversight.

Who it says it will not serve
The firm excludes residents of the EU, UAE and Gulf states. Japan is not on the list — and Japan’s FSA has now warned that Mirrox is offering services there without registration.
A .vip address
The registered office is “P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros”. The site runs on mirrox.vip, a domain registered last December.
Leverage that magnifies losses
1:400 leverage means a 0.25% move against you wipes out the whole position. Regulated brokers in Japan cap retail forex leverage at 1:25.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Japan’s FSA warned about mirrox.vip on 24 July 2026.
- Operator: Capital Crest Ltd, Comoros.
- Licence from the Mwali International Services Authority.
- Leverage up to 1:400.
How to check
Check Japan’s FSA register of financial instruments business operators, or your own regulator, before trading with an offshore broker. An island licence does not let a firm serve your country.
What to do if you paid Mirrox
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Mirrox trades under an offshore island licence and Japan’s FSA has warned it is unregistered. Do not open an account.
