Verdict up front: Tesla ProX (tesla.instantmaxminer.com) is a “Tesla Stocks Trading” site that uses Tesla’s logo, a Tesla showroom photo and Tesla’s corporate history. Tesla, Inc. is not involved. The Dutch AFM warned about it on 1 October 2026. The parent domain instantmaxminer.com was registered on 18 April 2026 — about five and a half months ago.

Tesla does not run a trading platform
Tesla shares trade on the Nasdaq through ordinary brokers. Tesla, Inc. has no “Tesla ProX” and does not take deposits. The site copies a section called “Real Tesla Investment” from Tesla’s corporate history to borrow its credibility.

Look at the address bar
The site lives on a subdomain: tesla.instantmaxminer.com. Everything before the last two parts can be chosen freely. The real owner is “instantmaxminer”, a name that points to crypto mining, not cars.
‘Huge profit to be made’
“Invest in stocks … huge profit to be made … commission-free.” The page describes itself as “an international financial company engaged in investment activities” and names no company, licence or address.
A popular disguise
Celebrity and big-brand names are the most common hook in investment fraud ads. Tesla and its founder appear in many of them. None are real.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Dutch AFM warning, 1 October 2026.
- Uses Tesla’s logo and history — Tesla not involved.
- Hosted on a subdomain of instantmaxminer.com.

How to check
To buy Tesla shares, use a licensed broker in your country and check it on your regulator’s register. Any site with Tesla in a subdomain is not Tesla.

- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
