Verdict up front: MTC Way (mtcway.com) offers to “trade for you and make profits on a daily basis” using technology that makes “losses almost impossible”. It claims to be “fully licensed and regulated by ASIC, CySEC, FCA, BaFin”. The FCA — one of the four regulators it names — warned about it on 6 March 2026. The domain was registered on 12 September 2025.

Four regulators, zero licence numbers
Naming ASIC, CySEC, FCA and BaFin together is meant to impress. A broker licensed by any of them prints the licence number and company name, because clients are told to check. MTC Way prints neither, and the FCA has warned that it is not authorised.

‘Losses almost impossible’
The headline promise is that MTC Way’s technology makes losses “almost impossible”. Every regulated broker is required to warn that most retail clients lose money. A firm that promises the opposite is describing a scheme, not a market.
19 years on a one-year-old domain
“Trusted for more than 19 years” sits on a website registered in September 2025. Testimonials include “Gabrielle Barger, Help Desk at pushbullet” and a client who says that “about 3 weeks after joining MTC Way investment” they barely recognise themselves.
A risk warning in small print
Above the hero sits a single line: “Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital.” It contradicts the headline beneath it. Copying a risk warning is easy; holding a licence is not.

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid MTC Way
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: MTC Way promises to trade for you without losing, under licences the FCA says it does not have. Do not deposit.
