Ace Fortune — A 68% Return the SFC Never Licensed

Ace Fortune — flagged scam broker

Ace Fortune (領財智庫), trading as AI Trading Academy at aitrading.academy, sells automated trading systems, indicators and courses to Hong Kong investors. The domain has existed since 21 September 2021. On 15 October 2026 Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) added it to its list of unlicensed entities.

A 68% average annual return

The homepage lists three achievements beside an award photo: four straight years as a finalist in a US investing championship, a best global ranking of fourth, and “平均年收益達 68%”, an average annual return of 68%. It offers “智能交易,助你用小錢累積大利潤”: smart trading that helps you build big profits from small money.

Before paying Ace Fortune for a system

  • Before paying for any trading course or automated system in Hong Kong, search the SFC public register for the firm and the individuals involved.
  • Check the SFC list of unlicensed entities and suspicious websites.
  • Ask for audited performance, not award photos.
  • Ask whether the fee is refundable and get the answer in writing.
  • Ask which licensed broker will hold your account.

Why the SFC listing matters

In Hong Kong, advising on securities or futures, or managing trades for clients, needs an SFC licence. Ace Fortune’s AI CAD platform is described as running trades through “手機觸發 ➜ 電腦交易”, phone-triggered computer trading, across stocks, forex and crypto. The SFC says the business holds no licence.

The site leans heavily on awards and on photos with public figures. Awards are not licences. A 68% average yearly return, if it were real and repeatable, would not need to be sold in classrooms. Ask for audited results, ask which licensed firm holds client money, and ask why the SFC lists the business as unlicensed.

⚠ Forensic summary

  • SFC unlicensed-entity listing 15 October 2026.
  • Claimed 68% average annual return.
  • Automated trading tools for forex and crypto.
  • Awards presented in place of a licence.
