Unity Holdings Reserve (unityhdreserve.com) wants to be your bank. It offers online banking, credit cards, loans and money transfers, and it says it has more than 18.5 million active users. The UK Financial Conduct Authority put it on its warning list, and the alert went out on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 24 July 2026.
Part of a family of fake banks
Unity Holdings Reserve shares its page, address and VIP ONLY phone with nexusfinb, PrimeXInvestment, Noblepayz and other sites the FCA flagged in the same weeks. The text even keeps another firm’s name, “Stana Group”, in its currency section.
Why would anyone build a fake bank? Because it makes a second stage of fraud easy. Someone you met online says your profits, a parcel or an inheritance are held at this bank. You log in and see the balance. To move it, you are told to pay a transfer fee or a tax first. The balance is a number on a screen. The fee is real money.
How to check a bank in two minutes
- UK banks appear on the FCA register with a firm reference number.
- US banks can be checked on the FDIC BankFind tool.
- A real bank never asks you to pay a fee in crypto to release your own money.

Eighteen million users on a one year old domain
The domain unityhdreserve.com was registered on 1 August 2025. Eighteen million customers in under a year would make it one of the fastest growing banks in history, and yet it has no banking licence, no company number and no phone line. The phone field on the contact panel simply says “VIP ONLY”.
| What it shows | What that tells you |
|---|---|
| 18.5M+ active users | A number copied from a template |
| Phone: VIP ONLY | No way to call when money goes missing |
| 301 East Water Street, Charlottesville, Virginia | The same address used by other flagged sites |
| Exchange rates “Last Updated Jan 20, 2022” | A page nobody maintains |
| Live chat: “Hello! Can I help you?” | The only real contact point |
