“I reached above 7000 rupees and I tried to redeem using paytm. But it didn’t even credited in my paytm wallet. Why is it like this? Is there anything that I need to do? Overall good app!! I loved it. But if it didn’t pay the cash then maybe… it’s made just for a fun.”
“Overall good app!! I loved it” sits in the middle of a report that the app did not pay ₹7,000. Any summary, human or automated, files that under positive.
Ram Das, 3 May 2021, describes the same failure with a deadline attached:
“I had won Rs 7006 but till now it’s not been credited in my paytm account, whereas they told me within 7 days it will be credited in your account, but now it’s almost 15 days. If they are trying to cheat people like this, then I had to complain against this software.”
Two users, six weeks apart, both stuck at roughly the same figure, both told seven days, both still waiting.

A five-star rating, paid in advance
“I’m using this app and till now haven’t reach the target to withdraw money. As soon as I reach the target and if my withdrawal is successful, then surely I’ll visit this review section again and edit it, and also rate it with 5 stars.”
He has not been paid. He has not even reached the threshold. He is describing a hope, and the store counts it toward a 4.5-star average that the next installer will read as a verdict.

What the description quietly says
The listing never promises a payout in plain terms. It describes three card tiers, a daily bonus and a coin game, and then says twice that the app is “design by entertainpment purpose” and “designed only entertainment purpose”.
It also contains this, which is worth reading twice:
“Please don’t share sensitive data like name and address — if you share this kind information you are responsible… We don’t collect any user personal information.”
The only way to be paid by this app is to hand over a Paytm number. The description tells you not to share personal details and disclaims responsibility if you do. Both things cannot be true at once, and the one printed in the terms is the one that will be enforced.
Why 4.5 stars means nothing here
Put the three reviews in order and the rating mechanism becomes visible.
Someone installs the app and enjoys it — that is genuine, the scratch cards work. They rate it well early, or they promise to rate it well once paid. Only later, at the threshold, does the payout fail. By then the good review is already posted, and most people never go back to edit it.
The result is an average built almost entirely from the first half of everyone’s experience. It is the same effect we documented on Scratch And Win — 2025, where the most helpful review praises the app for having “no hoops” and was written by a brand-new player, and on Double Money Spin, where a reviewer says the rating is requested before payment is released.
How to read a payout app’s rating
- Open the most helpful reviews and check whether the writer was actually paid. Often they were not.
- Treat “I’ll rate 5 stars when it pays” as a one-star review. That is what it describes.
- Search the reviews for the currency symbol. Anyone naming a specific unpaid amount has reached the threshold, and their outcome is the only one that matters.
- An app that tells you not to share personal details cannot pay you. Payment requires details.
If a payout has not arrived in your wallet
Check the receiving wallet’s own transaction history rather than the app’s balance screen — if nothing was ever sent, nothing is in transit. Screenshot your balance and the redemption confirmation now. Do not pay any fee or buy anything to “release” it. Report the listing to Google Play using “Flag as inappropriate”, and if money left your account at any stage, report it at IC3.gov — reporting is free, and no legitimate service asks you to pay before releasing money that is already yours.
