Verdict up front: Kortex is a crypto exchange front whose first line of copy invokes MicroStrategy, a real listed company with no connection to it, in a sentence that does not parse. Beneath it sit Recharge and Withdrawal buttons. CONSOB ordered the domain blacked out in July.

The first sentence does not parse
The hero text reads: “From MicroStrategy Mature technology is being developed”, followed by “A smarter and more data-driven strategy”.
MicroStrategy is a real, listed American company well known for holding Bitcoin on its balance sheet. It has nothing to do with this site. Its name has been dropped into a sentence with no grammar to borrow recognition from it — the same technique as a fake licence number, applied to a brand instead.
Recharge, not deposit
The four buttons under the hero are Withdrawal, Recharge, Share friends and Security Center, above a bar for Market, Trade, Finance and Assets.
“Recharge” is the giveaway. Regulated brokers and exchanges take deposits; recharging is the language of prepaid credit, and it is standard on platforms built from Chinese-language templates. “Share friends” sitting beside it is a referral mechanism, the engine that makes these platforms grow before they close.
⚠ Verified evidence — checked 24 September 2026

- The hero headline reads “From MicroStrategy Mature technology is being developed”, invoking a real listed company unconnected to the site.
- The interface offers Recharge and Share friends — prepaid-credit and referral language, not broker language.
- It displays a live multi-asset price ticker while naming no company, address, licence or regulator.
- The domain was registered on 16 May 2026.
A live ticker is not a licence
The top of the page scrolls real prices: BTC, ETH, XAU, silver, LTC, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BNB, SOL and a row of currency pairs. The numbers move, which makes the platform feel connected to something real.
Live market data costs almost nothing to embed and says nothing about whether the operator holds client funds safely, is supervised by anyone, or will process a withdrawal. Nowhere on the page is there a company name, a registered address, a company number, a licence or a regulator. CONSOB ordered the domain blacked out on 10 July 2026, under two months after it was registered.
Two checks before any exchange gets your money
Find the legal entity and its regulator, and confirm the domain in front of you belongs to that entity. If no company is named, there is nobody to complain to and nobody a court could order to return anything.
Then try the exit before the entrance. Look for the withdrawal terms, the fees and the limits. A platform that documents recharging in detail and withdrawal not at all has told you which direction it is designed to move money.
Our view: Kortex borrows a listed company’s name in a sentence that does not parse, invites you to recharge and refer friends, and names nobody responsible for your money. CONSOB has blocked it. Do not deposit.
