A wallet with no app store
The homepage shows a laptop and a phone with a $18,190.63 balance and says Vaulterro is “Available on” — followed by the logos of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Brave. There is no App Store link, no Google Play link and no browser-extension store link. The wallet lives on the website itself.
A wallet you open on someone’s website is only as safe as that website. Whoever controls the page controls what happens to the keys you type into it.

Everything a wallet should warn you about
Vaulterro’s copy is careful: “Your keys are created and kept on your device”, “See the network, asset, address, and fees in plain language before you sign”, “start with a small test transfer”. None of that can be checked. The site names no audit, no published code and no security firm, and the only contact is contact@vaulterro.com.

Why a regulator warns about a wallet
A wallet does not need to ask for a deposit to take your money. If you import an existing wallet by typing its recovery phrase into a web page, the operator of that page can empty it. That is the risk the AFM warning points at.
How to stay safe
Only install wallets from the official App Store, Google Play or the browser’s own extension store, published by a company you can identify. Never type a recovery phrase into a website. If someone sent you a Vaulterro link to “receive” funds or “verify” your wallet, stop.
