SummitGate Capital — 60% a Trade, Up to $1 Billion

SummitGate Capital — flagged scam broker

SummitGate Capital (summitgatecapital.com) offers a STANDARD PLAN that pays 60% per trade, for deposits from $20,000 up to $1,000,000,000. The domain was registered on 22 June 2026, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority flagged the site in October.

Is SummitGate Capital regulated?

No regulator is named anywhere on the site. The homepage says “Regulated” and “Operating under strict financial regulations”, but gives no licence number, no company number and no registered address. The FCA placed it on its unauthorised list, shared on IOSCO’s I-SCAN on 19 October 2026.

What does SummitGate Capital pay?

Plan Badge Deposit Per trade
BEGINNER PLAN – $100 – $499 15%
BASIC PLAN Premium $1,000 – $19,999 40%
STANDARD PLAN – $20,000 – $1,000,000,000 60%

The naming runs backwards: the plan badged “Premium” pays less than the one called “Standard”. At 60% per trade, two winning trades would more than double the balance. Promises like this are what move a victim from a $100 test deposit to a five-figure transfer.

Why does SummitGate Capital look familiar?

Its page title is “SummitGate Capital | CFD Trading — Trading on Stocks, Gold, Oil, Indices”. The same layout, chart widget, “$1,000,000” insurance line and “40+ International Awards” claim appear on Access Fx Analyser and Bitrumarket. Only the logo and the plan numbers change from one copy to the next.

The FCA has flagged several of these copies in the same month, a sign the kit is being rolled out fast.

If you hold a SummitGate Capital account, three steps protect you now:

  • ✗ Do not pay any tax, fee or “verification deposit” to unlock a withdrawal.
