F&C Ges (fc-ges.com) presents itself as a cryptocurrency trading platform with account tiers, a bonus system and premium trading tools. It offers Bitcoin and Ethereum next to meme tokens such as MAGA, BODEN, HARRIS and HAMSTER. Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority, the ASF, flagged F&C Ges, and the alert was shared through IOSCO’s I-SCAN on 17 February 2026.

A deposit bonus sounds like free money. On unlicensed platforms it is usually the opposite. The terms tie your withdrawals to a trading volume you cannot reach, so the bonus becomes the reason you cannot take your own money out.
No company, no licence, no address
F&C Ges has an About Us page and a support page, but no registered company, no licence number and no regulator you could check. Romania’s ASF says it is not authorised. A crypto platform that wants your deposit should be able to say who runs it.

Why meme tokens are a warning sign here
Tokens named after politicians and internet jokes trade in very small markets. On a platform that is not supervised, the operator can set the price you see and the price you are paid, and nobody outside can check either one. Your balance can rise on screen while there is no real market behind it. That is how unlicensed crypto platforms keep deposits flowing in while withdrawals stall.
