Trade By AI is an artificial intelligence themed trading brand using tradebyai.org that the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has placed on its warning list. AI branding is a popular hook for these schemes, but the regulator warning is the signal that matters.
What FINMA says
FINMA publishes a warning list of companies that may be carrying out financial activities without the required authorisation in Switzerland. Trade By AI appears on that list. A firm named by FINMA is not supervised, offers no guarantee for client assets, and should not be trusted with deposits regardless of how sophisticated its automated trading claims sound.
Domain status and the AI angle
The tradebyai.org domain was registered on 9 December 2025 and the site was offline when we reviewed it. Schemes that lean on AI trading bots tend to show fake dashboards with steadily rising balances to build confidence, then block withdrawals. The disappearance of the website does not clear the operators, who often migrate to a fresh AI branded domain.
Protecting your money
Avoid any request to pay fees or taxes to withdraw, as that is a second layer of the scam. Keep all records including any app, email and payment evidence. Report the firm to FINMA and your bank. Cyanosoft can review what you have and help you build a recovery plan.
