  • Dysart Capital — 4.45% Fixed Deposits and a FINMA Warning

Verdict up front: Dysart Capital presents itself as a Munich and Pfäffikon firm brokering the “best fixed and overnight deposits in Europe” at up to 4.45% a year. Its domain was registered on 21 June 2026, and FINMA has had it on its warning list since August 2026.

A deposit broker with a three-month-old website

The German-language site calls itself “Dysart Capital AG” and offers fixed deposits, overnight deposits, business deposits and even children’s savings, with “guaranteed interest” and “EU protection up to €100,000”. It calls itself a “test winner 2024 & 2025” — for a company whose website did not exist until June 2026.

Why fake deposit brokers work

Fixed-deposit fraud is growing across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The pitch is safety, not speculation: a slightly better rate than your bank, backed by the EU deposit guarantee. The deposit guarantee only protects money held at a real, licensed bank. When the “broker” gives you its own account details, or a bank account in another name, your money never reaches a protected bank at all.

How to check a Swiss or European investment firm

Search the name on FINMA’s warning list and on FINMA’s register of authorised institutions at finma.ch. A firm that FINMA actually supervises appears in the register, not the warning list. For German firms, check the BaFin company database. Look up when the website’s domain was registered, and never transfer money to an account a “consultant” gives you by phone.

Our view: Dysart Capital uses the language of safe savings to collect deposits, has a website only months old, and is on FINMA’s warning list. Do not send money.
