What is on offer
“When Innovation Meets Efficiency. Trade faster, trade smarter. Take advantage of powerful tools, a high-performance app, and real-time alerts to always stay one step ahead.” A button invites you to Try our trading accounts. Further down: Aim For Borderless Markets, and Start Now.
The words that are missing
No company name. No registration number. No country. No regulator. No licence. No fee schedule. No statement of the percentage of retail accounts that lose money — a disclosure that is mandatory, and deliberately prominent, for any firm authorised to sell leveraged products to retail clients in the EU.
Its complete absence on a site advertising trading accounts is not an oversight. It is the difference between a firm that is supervised and one that is not.
⚠ Verified evidence — checked 23 September 2026
- finaurex.com is on the French AMF / ACPR blacklist, added 27 October 2025.
- The domain was registered on 19 June 2025 through MainReg Inc.
- The page shares its structure with capexgo.com and moonetrix.com: same skip-link, same nav shape, same My Account / Sign Up pairing.
- It names no company, no licence number and no jurisdiction anywhere on the home page.
- No client-loss disclosure appears, which any firm authorised to sell leveraged products to EU retail clients must publish.
The family
Put finaurex.com, capexgo.com and moonetrix.com side by side. Same skip-to-content link with the same accessibility glyph, same navigation shape, same My Account and Sign Up buttons in the same corner, same section rhythm down the page. Different colour schemes and different words, one build.
Add finovexpro-app.com and all four sit at the same registrar, MainReg Inc. All four are on the same French blacklist. This is how the trade works: one platform, several storefronts, so that a warning against one name costs the operator a domain rather than a business.
Why the template matters to you
Searching a brand name is the check most people make, and against a two-month-old storefront it returns nothing — which reads as “no complaints” rather than “no history”. Recognising the template is faster than researching the name, because the template is the thing that gets reused.
How to check a broker in two minutes
Search the name on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org and in the register at regafi.fr. Then ask in one email: which company holds client money, under which regulator, and what is the licence number? Three facts, verifiable in minutes. Silence is the answer.
Our view: Finaurex advertises trading accounts with no company, no regulator and no licence number, on a template shared with three other blacklisted brands. Do not open an account.
