Two statements, one page
The headline is Platform FinovexPro, under a tagline: “Everything starts with the right information.” To the right, a card headed Sign up now, then four fields and a green REGISTER NOW button.
Directly beneath the button, in small grey text: “By registering and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Additionally, you acknowledge that this website operates exclusively as a marketing platform.”
Read those two together. The large type sells a trading platform. The small type says the site provides no service at all and exists to market someone else’s. The small type is the one written to be produced in a dispute.

What “marketing platform” means in practice
It means your details are the product. The form collects a name, an email and a working phone number, and those go to an operation that calls you. The website never has to hold your money, so it never has to explain what happened to it. When a complaint arrives, the answer is already printed on the page: we told you we were only marketing.
One registrar, four brands
finovexpro-app.com sits at MainReg Inc. So do finaurex.com, capexgo.com and moonetrix.com — three more sites on the same French blacklist that Cyanosoft examined on the same day, two of which share an identical page template. Shared infrastructure is not proof of shared ownership on its own, but four blacklisted brands at one registrar is a pattern worth knowing before you hand over a phone number.
How to check before you enter your number
Search the name on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org and in the register at regafi.fr. Then read the smallest text on the page before the largest. On this page the small text is the honest part.
Our view: FinovexPro sells itself as a trading platform and disclaims being one in the same breath, from the French blacklist. It is a lead form for a call centre. Do not enter your details.
