What the three sites share
Put the three home pages side by side and the differences are the brand name and the accent colour. Everything else matches: the headline construction, the paragraph promising strategie automatizzate, analisi di mercato in tempo reale e soluzioni di sicurezza affidabili, the Registrati ora panel with Nome, Cognome, Email and Telefono, the Visa, Mastercard and Maestro logos, and the SSL badge underneath.
Most telling of all, the telephone placeholder is identical on all three: a United States flag, +1, and 201-555-0123 — a number from the range North America reserves for fiction, on a site that says registration is limited to verified residents of Italy.
The registration dates line up
This domain was created on 22 April 2026. Cervo Rendisco followed on 22 June and Corona Fondenza on 24 June. CONSOB blacked out this site on 26 June 2026 and the other two on 24 July.
The pattern is a production line: register a name, apply the template, run it until a regulator notices, move to the next. Each brand is disposable. The build behind them is not.

What the template actually offers
Very little that can be checked. There is no company name, no registered address, no company number, no named director and no regulator. The claims are generic: AI-driven analysis, automated strategies, reliable security, a wide range of trading opportunities.
What the page wants is specific: your name, your surname, your email address and your telephone number, collected in one panel above the fold. Everything else on the page exists to get you to fill it in, and the call that follows is where the real pitch happens.
If you have already registered
Expect a telephone call. The form exists to generate one, and the person calling will be practised, friendly and in no hurry to mention risk. Do not install remote-access software, do not share card details or bank codes, and do not let anyone walk you through a first deposit.
Tell your bank or card issuer if you have paid anything. And be wary of anyone who contacts you afterwards offering to recover the money: recovery approaches that arrive soon after a loss are very often the same operation returning for a second payment.
Our view: Fior Valorenza is one of at least three names running a single Italian trading template, each disposable, none naming a company or a regulator, all blocked by CONSOB. The form is the product. Do not fill it in.
