Percentages measured in hours
The “Investment Plans” table is blunt: StartMiner — 55% after 4 Hours, minimum $700. CloudMiner — 75% after 24 Hours, minimum $3,550. AsicMiner — 65% after 48 Hours, from $10,000 with no upper limit. Each plan adds a “Referral Bonus” of 5%, 10% or 15%.
No mining rig and no trading desk earns 55% in four hours. Returns like these are only ever paid, briefly, out of other people’s deposits.

“Registered in Melbourne”
Under “Registered Company” the homepage says: “We are a legal company registered in Melbourne Australia providing its investment services to the members all around the world.” Australia’s own markets regulator has named evulus.org on its investor alert list.
The site also describes a scheme offering “a regular fixed monthly or quarterly cash flow during the term keeping your deposit intact” — wording lifted from fixed-deposit bank products and pasted above plans that pay out in hours.

What the ASIC alert means
ASIC’s investor alert list names websites it believes may be offering financial services without the licence Australian law requires. It is a regulator warning, not a court ruling.
What to do if you have dealt with Evulus
- Stop sending money, including any “fee”, “tax” or “release charge” asked for before a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: payment receipts, wallet addresses, chats, emails and screenshots of your account.
- Tell your bank or card provider straight away and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to ASIC (moneysmart.gov.au / asic.gov.au) or your own national regulator and to your local police or fraud centre.
- Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for an upfront fee.
