Thirty-five years on a nine-month-old domain

The homepage says: “As a Central Bank of Ireland-authorised firm founded in 1991, we offer clients access to a curated range of pension-focused investment-grade bonds, alternative investment funds, and tailored portfolio solutions.” It promises “capital preservation, predictable returns, and regulatory protection”.

The web address the firm uses was registered in December 2025. And the regulator that has spoken about it is not a friendly one: the Dutch AFM has put the site on its warning list.

An Irish firm with an Australian branch

A banner across the top of every page reads “Australia Branch: CT & MJ HOLDINGS PTY LTD” with an ABN and ACN. So the site claims Irish authorisation, targets pension savers in Europe, is warned about by the Netherlands and names an Australian company in its header. Genuine pension providers do not need three jurisdictions to explain who they are.

If a firm claims Central Bank of Ireland authorisation, look it up on the Central Bank’s own register by name before sending anything — and check that the web address listed there is the one you are on.
