Which company are you dealing with?
The logo says Walletts Connect — with a double “t”. The headline says you can trade crypto “easy and safe with Wallets Connect Limited” — with one. The footer says “© 2025, CURRENCY CONNECT LIMITED”.
A regulated crypto business in the UK has one legal name, and it appears on the FCA register. When a site cannot agree with itself on who it is, you cannot know who holds your money.

A UK crypto service the FCA does not recognise
The site pitches directly at the UK: services for “private and business customers”, with a note “(only UK)”. Firms offering crypto exchange services to UK customers must be registered with the FCA for anti-money-laundering purposes. The FCA’s warning says it believes this site is operating without authorisation.
The only contact given in the footer is an email address, info@walletts.uk.

What the FCA warning means
The FCA warning list names firms it believes are operating in the UK without authorisation. It is a warning, not a court ruling, but it means there is no Financial Ombudsman or FSCS protection.
What to do if you have dealt with Walletts Connect
- Stop sending money, including any “fee”, “tax” or “release charge” asked for before a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: payment receipts, wallet addresses, chats, emails and screenshots of your account.
- Tell your bank or card provider straight away and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the FCA (fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam-unauthorised-firm) and to your local police or fraud centre.
- Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for an upfront fee.
