An admission in the FAQ
ArigoFX’s own FAQ says that sending money abroad for margin forex or CFD trading “is not a permitted purpose under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme”, and that ArigoFX “is not authorised by SEBI or the RBI”. The rest of the site still invites Indians to deposit by UPI.

‘Regulated in Saint Lucia’
The site says ArigoFX “is regulated in Saint Lucia”. Its footer shows only an International Business Company number and a shared agent address. The Sotheby Building in Rodney Bay is a registered-agent address in Saint Lucia. Many unrelated trading brands list it as their “registered office”. A Saint Lucia business company registration is not a licence to handle investors’ money.
Counters that give it away
The stats strip reads “3+ trading instruments” and “0/7 global support”.
A bonus and 500x leverage
A 50% deposit bonus and leverage up to 500x are offered to beginners. The Reserve Bank of India keeps an Alert List of unauthorised forex platforms for exactly this kind of offer.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Listed on the BrokersView (FastBull) scam broker list.
- Own FAQ: not authorised by SEBI or the RBI.
- UPI deposits aimed at India.
- Saint Lucia agent address; 50% bonus.
- Domain registered 26 May 2025.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.
What to do if you paid ArigoFX
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: ArigoFX admits it is not authorised in the country it targets. Do not deposit.
