Free trading?
The Prime account is sold as “zero spread, zero commission”. A broker earns from spread or commission. If it charges neither, the money is made another way — often from clients’ losses.

A pop-up bonus
A “limited time offer” pop-up gives a 50% bonus up to $1,000 “added instantly as extra trading capital”. The small print says the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
How many instruments?
The hero says 80+ tradable instruments. Another section says 150+. A counter says “0+ CFD instruments offered”.
Company number, no licence
VR19 shows a Saint Lucia company number and “Saint Lucia” as its jurisdiction. It names no regulator.
⚠ Verified evidence

How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.
What to do if you paid VR19 Capital
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: VR19 Capital’s offer is too good to be the whole story. Do not deposit.
