Dortuviax (dortuviax.it) calls itself the “Piattaforma di Trading Ufficiale in Italia”, the official trading platform in Italy, and promises orders executed “in meno di 2 ms”. The domain was registered on 1 June 2026. Italy’s market regulator CONSOB ordered access to it blocked on 31 July 2026. It was still online when we checked.
A template we have seen before
Two safety figures for one fund, 243 million and 103 million euros, is not a typo unique to Dortuviax. The same pair of numbers, the same three regulator logos and the same “zero slippage” testimonials appear on Skelvurizont, a Dutch-language site Cyanosoft has already reported. Only the language, the street address and the brand were changed.
The Italian version gives Via Toledo 72 in Naples and a Naples landline, +39 81 552 7834, but no company name. The form asks only for name, email and phone. Within seconds a chat window opens from “Mia, la sua manager personale”. That is the hand-off to a call centre, and the call is where a deposit is requested.

Three regulators, zero licence numbers
Under the heading “AUTORIZZATO E REGOLAMENTATO DA:” the page shows the names and logos of the US CFTC, the UK FCA and the US SEC. None of them is followed by a registration number. None of those regulators authorises firms to offer retail trading in Italy, and CONSOB, the one that does, has blocked the site.
| Claim on the page | What it says elsewhere on the same page |
|---|---|
| Liquidity reserve “sempre al di sopra di 243 mln €” | “RETE DI SICUREZZA DA 103 MLN €” |
| Security audits “ogni due settimane” | No auditor named |
| 97.0% of client assets in offline storage | No custodian named |
| “zero slippage” on every target price | About 70% of investors lose money |
How to check a trading site in Italy
- Search the CONSOB website for any trading platform before you register.
- CONSOB publishes every site it orders blocked, with the date of the order.
- Check the FCA register for any FCA number a site quotes.
- Check the CFTC and NFA databases for any US claim.
- If a site shows logos but no numbers, there is nothing to check, and that is the answer.
