The Dutch AFM flagged it on 19 October 2026 as a suspected boiler room trading room.
Advice on top, trading underneath
Mixing pension advice with forex accounts is a classic boiler room setup. The caller sounds like an adviser, then steers you into a trading account they control. The AFM also linked a second address, a so called trading room, to the same operation.

The domain was registered on 11 August 2026. The footer says the site is registered by MICA Consulting Ltd at an office address in Montréal. A firm with decades of history would name its own regulator. Falcon Advisory names none.

Check the adviser, not the website
Ask any adviser from Falcon Advisory for their personal registration number and the regulator that supervises them. In the Netherlands that is the AFM register, in the UK the FCA register, in Canada the provincial securities regulator. Look it up yourself. A real adviser expects this question and answers it without pressure.
Boiler rooms often call people who have been in the news, retired recently or answered an online advert about pensions. The caller sounds patient and knowledgeable, and the first conversation is free of any sales push. If you have already moved pension money or savings on their advice, contact your pension provider and bank today.
