Read the notice carefully
The interstitial says the firm operates a “Zero-Trust Security Architecture” and advises clients that “ethical and regulatory frameworks vary significantly across the global financial landscape”.
Then the substance: “we urge systemic vigilance regarding external entities attempting to interfere with your established market strategies. For verified technical assistance and authorized account transitions, exclusively utilize the encrypted TibiPro Edge Portal or engage directly with your designated Account Executive.”
What that paragraph is actually doing
Strip the vocabulary away and it says three things. Regulation differs from country to country, so do not expect the protections you are used to. People outside the platform may try to interfere with your trading. And when you want help, or want to move your account, speak only to us.
Those are the conditions a scam needs to survive. The people most likely to “interfere with your established market strategies” are a regulator, a bank’s fraud team, or a relative asking why you keep transferring money. An honest broker does not pre-emptively warn you away from them, and an account transition is an ordinary right, not something to be routed through a single salesperson.

For a platform whose opening statement is about trust and governance, there is no institution to hold responsible. CONSOB ordered tibipro.com blacked out on 26 June 2026, four months after the domain was created.
The rule this one teaches
Be most careful with any platform that tells you who not to trust. Isolation is the mechanism behind almost every large investment loss we see: the victim is taught early that outside warnings are interference, so the first warning that arrives is discounted.
A regulated firm expects you to check it. It will give you a company number and a regulator’s register entry and be untroubled when you look them up, because everything you find there supports it.
Our view: TibiPro’s first act is to tell you that outsiders who question your trading are interfering, and that you should speak only to your account executive. That is the architecture of an investment scam, stated on the front door. CONSOB has blocked it. Do not proceed past that screen.
