RiveGarde (rivegarde.com) invites you to join an exclusive community of over 400,000 thriving traders and trade stocks, crypto, forex, commodities and even NFTs with unbeatable spreads. France’s AMF put rivegarde.com on its blacklist of unauthorised crypto derivatives sites on 7 November 2023.
A site that is falling apart
When we opened RiveGarde’s account types page, it sent us to a contact page showing an online gambling shop instead. The homepage still sells trading, but the rest of the site has been taken over or abandoned. That is common at the end of a scam’s life, when the operators stop paying attention and move to a new name.
If you still have an account balance on RiveGarde, assume you cannot withdraw it through the platform. Move to the steps that do not need the operators’ help.

- Ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall.
- Download any statements still visible to you.
- Report RiveGarde to the AMF or your own regulator.
400,000 traders on a 2023 domain
The domain was registered on 20 July 2023. Less than four months later it was on the AMF blacklist. A broker with 400,000 clients would be one of the bigger retail brokers in Europe and would hold several licences. RiveGarde names none, and its copyright line reads simply “Copyright © RiveGarde 2023”.

Check the register, not the website
Any broker that offers crypto derivatives to French clients needs authorisation from the AMF or another EU regulator that has passported its licence. The AMF list of authorised firms is public. RiveGarde is on the blacklist instead, alongside hundreds of sites built from the same templates.
