Empower Synergy (empower-synergy.com) offers forex, crypto, commodities and indices, invites you to join thousands of top traders and says it is globally regulated. One of its plans asks for 10,000 to 50,000 dollars and promises 3.1% per trade with principal returned on maturity. The UK Financial Conduct Authority added Empower Synergy to its warning list on 23 October 2026.
Globally regulated by nobody named
| Empower Synergy says | On the record |
|---|---|
| Globally regulated | no regulator or licence named |
| 3.1% per trade | fixed return on a trading account |
| Principal returned on maturity | a deposit product, not trading |
| Domain registered | 14 June 2026 |
| FCA | warning list, 23 October 2026 |
A fixed return per trade with your principal guaranteed back is not how trading works. Trades win and lose. When a site promises both trading and a guaranteed principal, the trading is a story wrapped around a deposit scheme.
A familiar layout
Empower Synergy uses the same CFD Trading page template, headline and risk text as other warned platforms such as Pocket Capital Index and Apexedgemarket. Only the name and the plan table change. When you see this layout under a new name, treat it the same way.
Empower Synergy: Before you send anything
- Search the exact name on the FCA register.
- Ask for the licence number and check it yourself.
- Treat any fixed return per trade as a warning.
If you already deposited, keep every receipt and chat, ask your bank about a recall, and report Empower Synergy to the FCA and Action Fraud. A platform that promises your principal back cannot also be trading it at risk, so the promise itself is the clearest red flag on the page.
Remember too that a TradingView chart on the page proves nothing. Those charts are free for any website to embed.
Ask for proof, and walk away if none comes.
