Daily percentages and a referral bonus
Under “Our Investment Plans” every card has the same shape: a daily percentage, “Duration: 7 Days”, a minimum and maximum deposit, “Referral: 10%” and “Withdrawal: Instant”. The smallest plan pays 2% a day from $100; the Gold plan pays 5% a day from $50,000.
The page says a trading “platform automatically places trade orders for investors and pays them a return on investment”, and that “you don’t need an active deposit” to earn the 10% commission for bringing in friends. Fixed daily returns plus paid recruitment is the structure of a Ponzi scheme.

A borrowed name
The FCA lists this site as a clone: it uses a name close to that of a genuine UK firm so that a quick online search looks reassuring. The genuine firm has nothing to do with this website and is not accused of anything here.
The domain behind the site was registered on 4 May 2026. Whatever a search engine says about “CapitalRise”, this web address is not an authorised firm.

What the FCA warning means
The FCA warning list names firms and clones it believes are operating in the UK without authorisation. It is a warning, not a court ruling. Money sent to an unauthorised firm has no Financial Ombudsman or FSCS protection.
What to do if you have dealt with CapitalRise Finance Limited
- Stop sending money, including any “fee”, “tax” or “release charge” asked for before a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: payment receipts, wallet addresses, chats, emails and screenshots of your account.
- Tell your bank or card provider straight away and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the FCA (fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam-unauthorised-firm) and to your local police or fraud centre.
- Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for an upfront fee.
