FPPE Fund PLC Scam — Irish Regulator Flags a Clone

FPPE Fund PLC website — flagged by CYANOSOFT

Verdict up front: FPPE Fund PLC (fppefund-plc.com) tells visitors it “is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland”. The Central Bank of Ireland itself put the site on its warning list as a clone on 15 September 2026. The domain was registered on 14 January 2026.

The regulator it names is the one warning about it

The footer of fppefund-plc.com reads: “Investment Disclaimer: FPPE Fund PLC is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.” It gives a headquarters at Georges Court, 54–62 Townsend Street, Dublin.

The Central Bank of Ireland lists “FPPE Fund plc (CLONE)” at this exact web address. A clone warning means the site is using the name or details of a firm to look legitimate — the website is not that firm.

Pre-IPO shares in OpenAI and Revolut

The IPO page offers stakes in household names: OpenAI “Pre-IPO Price Range $80.45”, “Valuation $1T”; Revolut at “$45-50”; Monzo at “$30-35”, all “Launch Q4 2026”. None of these companies sells shares to the public through a website like this.

The site also claims “decades of financial expertise” on a domain registered in January 2026. Pre-IPO share offers are one of the most common scripts in investment fraud: the shares never arrive, and new “fees” appear when you ask for your money back.

What the Central Bank warning means

The Central Bank of Ireland publishes warnings about firms and clones that are not authorised by it. It is a regulator warning, not a court ruling. If a site claims the Central Bank’s authorisation, check the Central Bank’s own register yourself — never through a link the site provides.

What to do if you have dealt with FPPE Fund PLC

  • Stop sending money, including any “fee”, “tax” or “release charge” asked for before a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: payment receipts, wallet addresses, chats, emails and screenshots of your account.
  • Tell your bank or card provider straight away and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the Central Bank of Ireland (centralbank.ie) or your own national regulator and to your local police or fraud centre.
  • Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to recover the money for an upfront fee.
