Verdict up front: BVP Finance (bvp-finance.org) says it is a “licensed Swiss bank with full EU passporting rights” offering 5% APY on Bitcoin savings. Switzerland’s regulator FINMA put it on its warning list on 24 September 2026, recorded as not entered in the commercial register. Its own footer names a different company altogether. Do not open an account.

A bank that is not in the register
BVP Finance presents a full retail bank: personal and business accounts, cards, loans, savings and a crypto wallet. Its trust panel reads “Fully Regulated — Licensed Swiss bank with full EU passporting rights”, “Your deposits protected up to €100,000” and “Fully licensed and insured”, with badges for “Swiss Licensed”, PCI DSS and ISO 27001. FINMA authorises every bank in Switzerland. Its only record of BVP Finance is a warning.
The €100,000 figure is the EU deposit-guarantee level, not the Swiss one, which is CHF 100,000 through esisuisse. A Swiss bank would know the difference.

The footer names another company
At the bottom of the page is this line: “Global Credit is registered in UK BR010430 and licensed by GOV.UK as a banking institution.” It is not BVP Finance, not Swiss, and “GOV.UK” is the UK government’s website, not a banking regulator — UK banks are authorised by the PRA and FCA. The sentence reads as a leftover from a template reused across more than one fake bank.
News from before the domain existed
A news card on the homepage announces “BVP Finance Launches New Crypto Rewards Card — earn up to 4% back”, dated 25 November 2024. RDAP shows bvp-finance.org was registered on 12 January 2026. The site also invites you to “join over 2 million customers”. The hero banner shows a sample account holding €24,500 and 1.24 BTC.

Why fake banks are used
A fake bank rarely asks you to trade. It asks you to hold money — a deposit, a loan fee, a “verification” transfer — and it often appears in the second act of a romance or investment scam, as the place where your supposed profits are waiting. Before paying anything to a bank you have never used, look it up on FINMA’s list of authorised banks, or on the FCA register for a UK bank.
The verdict: BVP Finance claims a Swiss banking licence it does not appear to hold, carries another company’s registration line in its footer, backdates its own news, and is on FINMA’s warning list. Do not deposit.
