Vexorylax (vexorylax.net) is a German language crypto exchange offering spot, contracts, IEO, OTC and staking, sold as a 24 hour AI financial management secretary. BaFin warned on 28 August 2026 that Vexorylax is linked to a fake crypto token called OHAI, promoted through WhatsApp.
How the WhatsApp route works
Victims are added to a WhatsApp group about an AI or charity linked token. Group members post gains. A coach suggests buying early on Vexorylax. The price rises on screen, and selling becomes impossible without a fee. The domain went live a week before BaFin’s warning.
The token on the board
Among Bitcoin and Ethereum, the market list shows OHAI against USDC. BaFin says OHAI is the token of an invented “Operation Hope AI” project. A token that only trades on one unknown exchange has whatever price that exchange decides.

What to do if you hold OHAI
Assume the OHAI balance you see cannot be sold for real money. Do not send more funds to unlock a sale, upgrade your account or pay a profit tax. Write down the deposit addresses Vexorylax gave you and every transaction hash, and keep screenshots of the WhatsApp group with the names and numbers of the people who promoted it.
Report the addresses to the exchange you sent from. Exchanges can sometimes flag or freeze funds that arrive at another exchange, which is one of the few real routes for tracing money. Also report the WhatsApp numbers inside the app, so the group can be shut down before the next people join.
